The guesthouse Eglaines is situated very close to the steep bank Ainavas (Ainavu krauja), next to the River Amata which was once called Ežupe (the River of Hedgehogs), and on the top of the Davon sandstone bank. This is a special protection area of the Gauja National Park where you can see wild nature and everything related to it.
