The guesthouse is situated in the Gauja National Park at the steep bank of the River Amata.

There are trails for nature lovers to follow through the valley of the River Amata (Amatas senleja), trips by boats up to Zvārtes Rock (Zvārtes iezis).

This is a special place for weddings and other celebrations.

In summer berry and mushroom picking is popular here.
